Next up is Estefania Saura Moya who is an IFBB bodybuilder from Spain who also works as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, as well as a photographic model. The lady in red below her is Ginerva Auletta from Italy who has competed and won in several IFBB body fitness competitions in Europe. Our final muscle girl is Yvette Shaw from the United Kingdom who is one multi-talented lady: certified personal trainer, certified nutrition specialist, published Author, certified make-up artist, actress, Professional International Natural Body Builder and Muscle Model, social media and network marketing entrepreneur and mentor .. a virtual Renaissance muscle girl.

On the second row we find Jenny Poussin is back in the gym working out to keep it tight. Her upper body could still use some work but she’s starting to get some nice definition in the legs.
